Rich has been in the building industry for the last 25 years, and a self employed General Contractor in New Hampshire for the last 7 years. He has held his license in real estate for almost six years.

He grew up in the Washington D.C. area, where he received his B.S. degree in Sports Medicine from Towson State University, and did his Post Graduate work at Johns Hopkins University. Rich moved to Southern New Hampshire in 1998. He now lives with his wife and kids in the Concord area. He loves the outdoors where he actively participates in summer and winter sports.

Rich’s extensive experience in the building industry provides him with a unique insider’s knowledge of buying and selling real estate. His focus is with investment and foreclosure properties, as well as residential real estate.
